1899 Episode 7 Recap: What Happened
A storm overwhelms the ship, several major passengers die, Daniel tells Maura that Elliot is their son, and Henry demands Maura's key in exchange for Elliot.
Main Events
The Kerberos enters a storm while survivors attempt to keep the ship alive. Olek is swept overboard after saving Ling Yi, Angel dies in Ramiro's arms, Franz sacrifices himself for Tove, Lucien dies before Clemence and Jerome can save him, and Iben and Anker drown together after refusing to leave each other.
Character Development
Daniel finds Elliot and promises to restore Maura's memory. Maura discovers photographs of herself with Daniel and Elliot, forcing her to confront the possibility that her family has been edited out of her mind. Ramiro, Clemence, Jerome, Ling Yi, and Tove all lose people who defined their ship identities.
