Milchick uses the Overtime Contingency to wake Dylan outside work, and Dylan catches a glimpse of his outie life, including a child he never knew existed. When he returns to the office, he is no longer reacting to Lumon in the abstract. He now understands that real parts of his life are being kept from him.
